1. What Information We Collect
Login Information. We provide you with login functionality using your Facebook ID or Google ID. We collect the information you provide during this process (e.g., email address from Apple ID).
Feedback information. When you contact us for feedback or customer service, we will collect the information and material that you submitted, your contact information (such as your phone number, email address), so that we could contact you and answer your questions or provide other customer services to you.
Your input and output(User Content). Such as text, images and video inputs and other prompts you provide, and the videos and other output you create.When you use our AI features, this User Content is transmitted to our third-party AI service providers for processing, as further described in the “AI Processing and Third-Party Services” section below. We do not use your User Content to train our models or improve AI systems, and it is not stored on our servers after processing.
Payment and subscription data,needed to complete transactions and process your subscription, such as your payment card or bank account information (collected by our payment processors on our behalf) and transaction history.
Device Information(such as device model, operating system, and browser type): Used to ensure the proper functioning of the website and to help us analyze user habits in order to optimize product design and experience.
IP Address: Used to determine your geographic location so that we can provide content and services that comply with local laws, regulations, and customs, while also helping us to optimize the product experience.
Log Information (including access times and pages visited): To ensure the stable operation of the website and to continuously optimize your user experience, we may collect your log information for internal business analysis. We will strictly comply with all relevant laws and regulations and provide robust protection for your information.
Other data that you provide to us, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.
In order to realize image and video processing quickly and accurately, we may need to upload the material or material tags to be processed to the cloud server and third-party models for effect processing. The uploaded materials or tags are only used for image/video effect processing through related functions. We will not store the materials, tags and any related information for more than necessary time, or use them for any other purpose.
2. Which permissions we might ask you to authorize

- Login Status: To maintain your login session and remember your preferences, we use cookies to store a session token.
- File Upload (Photo/Video):When you need to edit videos or use cloud storage functions, you can manually select files from your device by clicking the 'Upload' button. The files you select will be uploaded and temporarily stored on our servers for processing. They will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy after processing. We cannot directly access your entire device photo album or media library.
- Operation State Saving:To enhance your user experience, such as saving unfinished drafts or remembering your interface preferences (e.g., language, theme), we use your browser's local storage (LocalStorage) technology. This data is stored locally on your device.
- Browser Information: To identify your client type (e.g., browser, operating system) for service compatibility optimization, we collect your User-Agent string.
- Gets the current network status:to alert users whether they are currently using the mobile network or determine whether a user's wifi network is available.
- Face recognition:For specific theme template editing and short video production services, AI Inspo collects the avatar photos you've uploaded or shot. To use some functions of the theme templates that need face matting, you can voluntarily permit AI Inspo to access the camera or photo album to obtain photos from your mobile device. Only after you confirm your permission, can AI Inspo access your camera and photo album. When you use some face recognition functions (including but not limited to theme templates), we automatically capture the positions and shapes of your five sense organs, analyze the facial feature information, store such information on our server for photo processing, and return the renderings to you. We will not store such processed photos, facial feature information, or renderings. Such information is processed only to run the face recognition function and provide you with better renderings.
You can manage cookies and local storage data through your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies may affect your use of the core functions of our Services.
Sensitive Content and AI-Generated Intimate Scenes
We are committed to delivering different tools. Our Services may use modern approaches and settings including machine learning or artificial intelligence algorithms to provide you with personalized solutions that meet the needs of your creativity. While using face effects we need to show them in the right place in your photos to realize the final result of how the tool works. This information is not used to identify you. When using AI InSpo's AI generation functions (including but not limited to functions that merge faces into videos depicting kissing or other intimate behavior), you must:
- Obtain clear, informed, and verifiable consent from all individuals whose images or likenesses are used, especially for intimate or potentially privacy-impacting scenes.
- Confirm that you have the legal right to create, use, and share such generated content.
- Acknowledge that AI Inspo does not store or use such generated content for purposes other than providing the requested service, and it will be automatically deleted within [ ] hours/days after processing.
- Understand that uploading or generating intimate scenes without proper consent may lead to content removal, account suspension, or legal liability.

To provide you with AI-powered features (such as generating images or videos based on your text prompts and uploaded photos), we rely on third-party AI service providers. This section explains how your data is handled in connection with these features.
5.1 What Data Is Collected and Why
When you use AI features, we collect:
- Text prompts that you input to guide the AI generation.
- Images that you upload to be modified or used as a basis for generation.
This data is collected solely to fulfill your request and generate the AI output you have chosen.

The text prompts and images you provide are transmitted to third-party AI service providers (Such as OpenAI and Google Cloud) for processing. These providers are carefully selected and contractually bound to process your data only for the purpose of generating the requested output. We do not share this data with any other third parties for their own purposes.
5.3 No Model Training or Improvement
We do not use your uploaded images or prompts to train, fine-tune, or improve the AI models of any third-party provider. The processing is strictly limited to generating the specific output you request, and the data is not retained for any other purpose.
5.4 Data Storage and Deletion
- Uploaded images are transmitted to the AI provider, processed in real time, and are not stored on our servers.
- The AI provider is contractually required to delete the images immediately after processing is complete and not to retain copies.
- Generated outputs are delivered to you and may be temporarily cached to enable delivery, but we do not retain them unless you explicitly save them to your device.
5.5 User Consent
Before you upload an image for AI processing, we will present a clear notice informing you that your image will be temporarily processed by a third-party AI service (such as OpenAI) to generate the requested output. You will be required to explicitly consent before the image is sent for processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time by simply not using the AI features.
