Payment Methods

Currently, AI Inspo only supports payments through Stripe. All payment transactions are processed via Stripe's secure payment gateway, and we do not collect or store your complete card information.

Credit System and Redemption Rules

Some services in our product require credits for redemption.

Sources of Credit

You can obtain credits in the following two ways:

• Subscription Credit: Obtained by subscribing to a Monthly Pass or Annual Pass, including different membership tiers.
• Credit Pack: Obtained by purchasing additional credit packs as a one-time purchase after becoming an active member.

Credit Validity and Reset Rules

• Subscription Credits: These credits are valid for 30 days from the time of issuance. The actual receipt time may be delayed depending on the crediting process, so please refer to the actual situation. Please use them within the validity period. Any unused subscription credits will be automatically reset to zero after expiration.
• Credit Pack: Credits purchased separately remain valid indefinitely as long as your account remains in good standing and the service continues to operate normally. If your account is closed or the service is terminated due to a violation of the terms of service, any remaining credits in your account will automatically become invalid without compensation.

Usage Rights

Credits can be used to exchange for virtual goods such as specified paid functions, special effects, and materials within the platform. After a successful exchange, the corresponding functions or materials will be permanently granted to your account unless the function or material is removed from the platform for special reasons. Specific credit redemption rules are subject to the terms displayed on the purchase page.

Credits themselves cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can they be transferred or gifted. Specifically for credit-based services: (a) they are tied exclusively to your purchasing account; and (b) they are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

Subscription Terms and Conditions

Your participation in the AI Inspo VIP Membership is specifically subject to the following terms and conditions:

• We do not offer a free trial period for membership. Once you successfully subscribe, the membership will automatically renew until you manually cancel it.
• We offer subscription services at different tiers, currently including Monthly Pass (Lite/Pro/Premium/Ultra) and Annual Pass (Lite/Pro/Premium/Ultra). Members at different tiers receive different amounts of subscription credits and have different limits on the number of concurrent tasks that can be submitted. Specific benefits are subject to the terms displayed on the purchase page.
• AI Inspo VIP Membership allows eligible users to use advanced features and materials that are updated regularly at no additional charge.
• - AI Inspo VIP subscription credits are issued on a monthly basis.
• If you have any questions about VIP Membership features or how to subscribe to VIP Membership, please select Customer Service to submit feedback. We will handle your problem as soon as possible.

Purchase Description

Please carefully confirm the purchase item and amount before each payment. Upon successful payment, you will immediately become our member, or we will promptly issue the corresponding credits to you.

Since credits are virtual goods that are instantly credited, and in accordance with relevant EU regulations and Stripe platform policies, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the purchased credits have been used. If only a portion of the credits has been used within this period, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the unused credits. Any refund right is contingent upon the credits remaining unused and may be forfeited once the 14-day period has elapsed.

Purchase Reminder for Minors

If you are a minor, please obtain the consent of your guardian before making a purchase, or let your guardian operate on your behalf. Do not make a purchase without permission.

Problems and Support

If you encounter abnormal situations such as payment failure, credits not being credited, or exchange failure during the purchase or use process, please contact us in a timely manner through the Contact Us channel within the platform. We will verify and handle the issue for you as soon as possible.

For other payment-related issues, please contact your payment provider directly, such as your bank for charge disputes.

Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to adjust these payment and subscription terms in response to business developments or legal and regulatory requirements. The revised terms will be published on the platform and shall take effect upon publication. If you continue to use our paid services, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised terms.
