AI Inspo Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription and Payment

AI Inspo offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features and related services.

We currently offer a 1-day free trial for eligible subscription plans. After the free trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription, and the first successful charge will be treated as your initial subscription purchase.

Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew according to the selected subscription plan. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the applicable payment platform or account settings.

All payments are securely processed through our payment provider. AI Inspo does not collect or store your complete payment card information.

2. Subscription Credits and Service Benefits

Certain AI Inspo features require credits or usage quotas.

Subscription credits are provided as part of your subscription benefits and are intended for use during your active subscription period. The validity period of subscription credits corresponds to the applicable subscription period. Any unused subscription credits will expire when the relevant subscription period ends and will not be carried over to the next subscription period.

Credits are personal to your account and cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged for cash, or gifted to others.

The specific amount of credits and available features may vary depending on your selected subscription plan and the benefits displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Policy

AI Inspo provides digital services, including subscription access, AI features, and usage credits. Due to the nature of digital services, purchases are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided or used, except where refunds are required by applicable laws. Before completing a purchase, please review the subscription plan, pricing, credits, features, and other benefits displayed on the purchase page.

Subscription Refunds

For your first subscription purchase, including the first charge after a free trial period, you may request a refund within 3 days from the date of the successful payment.

If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will only stop future renewals and will not automatically refund any payment that has already been processed.

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or in cases such as billing errors or service issues.

You are responsible for managing your subscription settings through the applicable payment platform to avoid future charges.

Credits and Credit Packs

Credits are usage rights that allow you to access certain AI Inspo features. Credits do not represent cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or resold.

Purchased credit packs and unused subscription credits are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in exceptional circumstances determined by AI Inspo.

If credits have been used, the related services have been accessed, or digital content has been generated, such usage will be considered when reviewing any refund request.

4. Refund Process

We will review your request and notify you of the refund result, refund amount (if applicable), and estimated processing time. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that the actual time for funds to be returned may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time due to changes in our services or applicable laws. Updated terms will be published on the platform and will become effective upon publication.
