AIinspo Unlimited Models & Promotional Benefits Terms of Service

1. Definition of Unlimited Access & Platform Scope

1.1 Feature Overview

"Unlimited Models" are specifically designated AI generation models that allow eligible subscribers to generate content without deducting account credits during an active, qualifying subscription period. Generations performed under Unlimited Mode are processed via standard priority execution queues.

1.2 Operating Mode Toggle

When an eligible Unlimited model is selected in the generation panel, an Unlimited Mode toggle will be made available:

• Toggle ON (Unlimited Mode): Content generation will not consume account credits. Requests are processed via the standard queue at standard execution speeds.
• Toggle OFF (Credit Mode): Content generation will deduct standard credits from your balance. Requests are routed to the high-priority queue for maximum processing speed.

1.3 Platform Limitations

Unlimited Model benefits are strictly restricted to the official AIinspo Web application (aiinspo.com). Any content generations executed via API integrations, mobile applications, browser extensions, or third-party tools will always consume standard credits regardless of your active subscription plan.

2. Plan Eligibility & "First-Time" Subscription Rules

2.1 Qualifying First-Time Subscription Events

Unlimited Model benefits represent a one-time promotional entitlement granted strictly upon a user's initial qualifying subscription event. Qualifying events are explicitly defined as:

• Initial Eligible Subscription: The first-time subscription to an eligible Unlimited plan (e.g., Premium Annual or Ultra Annual).
• Trial Activation: The first-time activation of an official Free Trial tier that explicitly advertises bundled Unlimited Model benefits.

2.2 Excluded Events (Non-Qualifying)

Unlimited Model benefits will NOT be granted, renewed, or extended under the following circumstances:

• Recurring Subscription Renewals: Automatic billing renewals (e.g., the second billing cycle onward of a Premium or Ultra plan) do not grant new Unlimited access periods or reset duration limits.
• Re-Subscribing After Cancellation or Expiration: Re-subscribing to a plan after a previous subscription has expired, lapsed, or been canceled does not qualify as a first-time subscription.
• Re-Subscribing After Refund: Accounts or users that have previously requested, received, or initiated a monetary refund, billing reversal, or payment dispute for any subscription are permanently ineligible for first-time Unlimited benefits.

3. Duration, Validity & Queue Performance

3.1 Validity Period & Timeframes

The specific models and duration of Unlimited access included with each plan are displayed on the plan cards on the Pricing page:

• Standard Included Models: Default included models typically provide 365 days of Unlimited access from the timestamp of the initial subscription payment.
• Flagship & Promotional Models: Newly released or special promotional models may offer shorter validity periods (e.g., 10 days, depending on active promotions). Validity begins immediately upon successful payment of your initial subscription.
• For Free Trial users, the Free Trial period is included in the applicable Unlimited access period. If the Free Trial converts to a paid subscription, the Unlimited access period will continue without resetting, and the period already elapsed during the Free Trial will be counted toward the applicable Unlimited duration.

3.2 Subscription Status Dependency

Unlimited access is strictly conditional upon maintaining an active paid subscription. If your subscription ends, expires, or pauses, your Unlimited access will pause immediately, even if the nominal duration (e.g., 365 days) has not elapsed.

3.3 Queue Speeds & Dynamic Performance

Generations in Unlimited Mode run strictly in the standard priority queue. During peak service hours, generation speeds and concurrency limits in Unlimited Mode may be dynamically adjusted by system algorithms to guarantee overall platform stability.

4. Plan Changes: Upgrades & Downgrades

4.1 Plan Upgrades (Pro-Rated Time Alignment)

If an active subscriber upgrades from a lower Unlimited plan to a higher-tier Unlimited plan (e.g., from Premium Annual to Ultra Annual):

• Access to newly unlocked Unlimited models included in the higher tier will activate immediately upon payment.
• The validity timeframe for all newly unlocked Unlimited models will strictly align with the remaining duration of the initial qualifying subscription. Upgrading does not reset or grant a new full-duration period (e.g., a new 365-day block).

4.2 Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your subscription to a lower-tier plan that excludes specific Unlimited models or contains no Unlimited benefits, all associated Unlimited Model access will be permanently forfeited immediately upon downgrade. Re-upgrading in the future will not restore forfeited benefits.

5. Cancellation, Refunds & Fraud Prevention

5.1 Pending Cancellation Status

If you cancel automatic renewal but remain within your paid billing period without requesting a monetary refund, Unlimited access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Once the cycle expires, access terminates immediately.

5.2 Deductions for Unlimited Usage Upon Refund

In the event of an approved monetary refund, chargeback, or payment dispute, AIinspo reserves the right to deduct the monetary value of generations executed under Unlimited Mode prior to issuing any remaining refund amount. Deducted values are calculated based on the standard credit cost equivalent of each generation. If the calculated usage value equals or exceeds the paid subscription amount, no cash refund will be issued, and Unlimited access will be revoked immediately.

5.3 Abuse of Refund Policy & Anti-Fraud Measures

AIinspo maintains a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent or bad-faith refund requests:

• Bad-Faith Refund Criteria: Generating content in high volume under Unlimited Mode or consuming a significant portion of platform compute within a short period after subscribing, followed by a refund request or chargeback, is deemed bad-faith usage.
• Forfeiture & Denial: In cases of bad-faith usage, AIinspo reserves the right to deny any monetary refund, deduct equivalent service costs, and immediately terminate the account.
• Permanent Blacklisting: Accounts or individuals engaging in malicious refunds or payment disputes may be permanently restricted from participating in future Unlimited promotional offers. AIinspo may also use relevant account, transaction, device, and usage information for fraud prevention and enforcement purposes in accordance with applicable law.

6. Fair Use Policy (FUP) & Restrictions

6.1 Personal Use Only

Unlimited Mode is intended strictly for individual, non-automated human operation. Account sharing, reselling access, or commercially sub-licensing Unlimited generation capabilities is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Automated Tools & Scripting Prohibited

The use of bots, scrapers, automated scripts, auto-clickers, or batch-generation macro tools in Unlimited Mode is prohibited. System algorithms continuously monitor account usage patterns.

6.3 Enforcement Actions

If suspicious or abusive activity is detected, AIinspo reserves the right to dynamically throttle generation speeds, assign requests to a lower-priority queue, temporarily suspend Unlimited access for manual compliance review, or permanently terminate non-compliant accounts without refund.
